Evan Smith has spent his career at the intersection of medicinal cannabis regulation, pharmaceutical quality and systems design.
His background spans cannabis licensing, facility and process design, GMP readiness, quality management, controlled-drug regulation and regulatory frameworks in small jurisdictions.
What he does is design the operating model around the product — process flow, quality attributes, control strategy, facility logic, validation and the regulatory framework that ties it together.
